Having taken account of your background, objectives and ambitions, we’ll help you to work to a plan that is realistic and achievable. Crucially, it will be focused on giving you the skills you need to find rewarding employment.

To help you, we’ll also engage with local employers who may be able to offer work experience placements and factory tours. Through talks and involvement in our training programmes, they’ll also help you get a clearer picture of what skills and attitudes are most important to employers.

Together, we will also look at any other areas where you might feel you need to improve your chances of securing a job.
